All precious metal pieces come with a custom 3printed box.
It has your soundwave engraved and a text you can choose here.
On the bottom is a QR code which links to your recording.

Usually the strings are just knotted together which works well.
If you want to take it of frequently I recommend our high quality bayonet clasps that are CNC milled from stainless steel.
These clasps are quite secure, and the look is very minimal and unobtrusive.
Comes with a tube of super glue to attach it at the length that suits you best.

message for the card

Each order comes with a card that shows the soundwave and an optional message on the front. The message can be a written version of what you said in the recording, or anything else you desire. If you leave this field blank, only the soundwave will be printed on the front of the card. On the back is a QR code linking to your recording, so the recipient can listen to your original

How to make a recording

Your recording should ideally be 2-6 seconds of spoken word. You can use pretty much all common audio (and some video) formats, including: *.wav *.mp3 *.m4a *.acc *.mov *.mp4

If you are ordering from a mobile device:
Please record a video with your camera and upload the file here.

If you are ordering from a computer:
You can use a desktop recording program like Garageband or Audacity, or record a sound clip online at www.webaudiodemos.appspot.com or www.vocaroo.com. Upload the resulting file or link here.

If you can’t make a recording:
I’ll have a robot read your message, and generate a waveform from there. Please write the specific text you’d like used in the message field, and mention “robot” in there too.
